Breakdown transformer at a steel mill

At the beginning of June, we received a call from a customer in the steel sector. Their 12 pulse rectifier transformer broke down. We had our solution ready within 24 hours of the call. Three temporary transformers were delivered, installed and commissioned to restart the production line with minimal down-time. We installed a temporary setup with one transformer 4000kva from 30kV to 400V and two transformers 1250kVA from 400V to 690V. We took care of the cable work and all connections with + 1km of low voltage cable and + 100m of high voltage cable.
